Q: How do I make a rental reservation online?

A: Click on the “Rapid Rentals” button on the home page of our site or on the left side of this page.  Next, review the rental package options and fill out the form below on the same page for all skiers.  If you have more skiers than the form allows please call and we can add those skiers to your reservation.  If you want the equipment delivered please review the information listed on the “Delivery” tab and then check the appropriate box to indicate your request for that service.  Please call AJ Motion Sports with any other questions.  Just click “Contact Us” for the information you require.

Q: When should I make rental reservations?

A: You can reserve online at any time and up to one year ahead of your requested dates.  Please provide at least 48 hours of advanced notice to schedule your reservation whether you select the delivery or on-site service options.  If you prefer to call in your reservation the same guidelines will apply, but last-minute requests may be accommodated more easily and ensure you will have the equipment you need available upon your arrival.

Q: If I’m reserving for someone else, what if I don’t have all the information, like shoe size?

A: It is in your best interest to get all necessary accurate information for each renter in your group and ensure the proper equipment will be available.  We will confirm your reservation request based on the information you provide that is required on the reservation form.

Q: Can my equipment be reserved by my travel agent?

A: Yes, and please make sure you provide all the necessary personal information to your travel agent to complete the rental reservation form in its entirety to ensure we reserve the proper equipment for you, and your group.

Q: If we arrive early can we pick up our equipment the night before?

A: You may pick up your equipment any time after 4:00PM the evening before your first paid reservation date.  Please remember skis must be returned by closing time to avoid being charged an additional day.

Q: Can I drop off my skis anywhere in Park City if I end my trip at the resorts in that area?

A: Yes, please call us to discuss your plans and we can review your options based on your exact schedule.

Q: Do you rent helmets?

A: Yes, we rent helmets. We also sell various brands of helmets for both kids and adults.

Q: Can I rent skis or a snowboard, but change my mind and try the other sport with no extra cost?

A: We are here to help you have the best experience possible and are happy to switch like-priced rentals in our shop.  There would be a slight additional fee for delivery customers using this service option.

Q: The airline lost my bags. Can I rent ski and snowboard clothing?

A: We rent pants, parkas, helmets, and have great deals on inexpensive gloves, base layers, and goggles as well.  We will make every effort to get you set up with anything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Q: If I don’t like the skis or snowboard I rented can I try something else?

A: Yes, it is very important to us that you have a good experience with our equipment.  Just let us know what you feel wasn’t right and we will make a suitable adjustment for you.

Q: How can I reserve a specific demo ski or snowboard?

A: A specific demo product can be requested and we will make every effort to have it available, but it is very difficult for us to guarantee any specific item due to vacation extensions, damage on the hill, etc.  We will be able to provide options on similar performing products that give you the type of experience you are looking forward to.

Q:  Do you sell discounted lift tickets?

A: Yes, please click on the “Discounted Lift Tickets” tab for pricing.

Q:  Do you have a store in Park City?

A: Not currently, we do have a location en-route to Park City from the airport. Easily accessed on your way to and from Park City, our Salt Lake City location will save you time and money as it is the easiest ski shop to access in Salt Lake on your way to Park City. It is the closest discount ticket retailer to Park City in all of Utah!
