Our damage insurance is only $3/Day per Board for paddleboards. The damage insurance covers repairable damage on SUP rentals, which includes:
– Patches up to 2″ in Diameter

– Lost/missing/stolen equipment or parts

HOW DO I SET UP MY PADDLEBOARD?

Setting up your inflatable paddleboard is easy!
Take a look at our video below or the quick-start guide. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.

SUP SET-UP

1. Make sure the board’s valve is UP before inflating (push down & turn 1/4, to alternate between UP & DOWN position)
2. Make sure hose is connected to “INF” or “OUT” side of Pump
3. Make sure to start on “DOUBLE ACTION” setting on Pump, when reaching 8+ psi switch to “SINGLE ACTION“
4. Fill SUP up to minimum of 10 psi & up to maximum of 15 psi (If you are renting the X10 or F11 3-Chamber board, fill the side chambers to 3-4 psi)
5. Detach hose and screw on valve cover cap (IF AIR BLOWS BACK OUT: Make sure the valve is UP, see step 1.)
6. Attach FIN to bottom of board

How do I reserve a paddleboard online?

You can easily reserve a paddleboard online by clicking here. Our user-friendly booking system lets you select your preferred dates and board type. Simply fill in the required information, and you’ll be set for an amazing paddleboarding experience!

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

While it’s not mandatory to make a reservation in advance, we highly recommend it to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Reserving ahead guarantees that your preferred paddleboard will be ready for you when you arrive.

Can I pick up the night before?

Yes, you can pick up your rental anytime after 4 PM the night before your rental start date. This option is available above the date selection on the reservation page. Picking up the night before ensures you can get an early start on your paddleboarding adventure!

Can I drop off my SUP rental the morning after?

Yes, you can drop off before 11am the day after your last day of rental for no extra charge.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible for our customers. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so up to 24 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date can be used as in-store credit or a rain check for another day. Please contact us directly for more details or to cancel your reservation.

What are your store hours for pickup and return?

Our store is open for pickup and return during the following hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 10AM – 6PM
• Friday & Saturday: 10AM – 7PM
• Sunday: 10AM – 5PM

Please ensure to pick up and return your paddleboard within these hours. For after-hours returns, please contact us to arrange a drop-off.

Can I extend my rental period after I’ve picked up the paddleboard?

Yes, you can extend your rental period subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental. Additional charges will apply based on the extended rental period.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our online reservation system accepts all major credit/debit cards.

In-store you can pay using any major credit/debit card, cash, or Apple Pay / Google Pay. However, rentals require a physical debit/credit card to be present at the time of rental.

No, there is no minimum rental period. You can rent a paddleboard for just one day or extend your rental for as long as you need. Our flexible rental options are designed to fit your schedule and adventure plans.

Do you offer discounts for multi-day rentals?

Yes, we offer discounts for multi-day rentals! Rent a paddleboard for 2 or more days at a rate of $20 per day. For even longer adventures, our weekly rate is just $120. Enjoy more time on the water and save with our discounted rates.

Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

No, we do not offer delivery or pick-up services.

How much is the insurance and what does it cover?

Our damage insurance is only $3/Day per Board for paddleboards. The damage insurance covers repairable damage on SUP rentals, which includes:
• Patches up to 2″ in Diameter
• Minor Abrasions

The Insurance does not cover:

What’s the cleaning fee for?

Any equipment returned with mud, excess dirt/sand, or other debris that require more than a quick wipe down will be charged a minimum of $25 for a cleaning fee.

When paddleboards are returned with excess dirt or mud, it puts extra wear on the equipment. This is especially true when the boards are rolled up and stored, as the dirt can grind into the foam and other materials, causing damage over time.

What types of paddleboards do you offer?

We offer inflatable stand-up paddleboards from STAGE and HYPERLITE.

From STAGE we offer:
• J8 Jr. Cruiser: An 8′ tall SUP board perfect for the little adventurers! The smaller dimensions offer a more manageable and lightweight design to make sure your little ones are safe and having fun on the water.

• S9 Cruiser: A 9′ tall teen and small adult board. The S9 Cruiser is the perfect board for teens and smaller adults looking to take advantage of easy turning and greater control.

From HYPERLITE we offer:
• Elevation: The Elevation is the perfect board for your paddle adventures. Weighing only 18 pounds, the board is easy to carry, handle, and transport. Elevate your expectations and paddle places you never thought possible!

Are the paddleboards suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! We have paddleboards that are perfect for beginners. Our friendly staff can help you choose the right board based on your experience level and preferences. We also provide basic instructions and tips to get you started.

Do you provide life jackets or other safety equipment?

Yes, every paddleboard rental includes a life jacket for your safety. We also provide an ankle leash, which helps keep you connected to your board. Your safety is our priority, and we ensure you have all the necessary equipment for a safe and enjoyable experience.

You can rent additional life jackets for $5 for the first day and just an additional $2/day after that.

What if I damage the paddleboard during the rental period?

If you damage the paddleboard during your rental, please notify us immediately. Our optional damage insurance covers most repairable damage. If you didn’t opt for insurance, repair costs will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. We provide clear pricing for any lost or damaged parts.

Do you offer hard paddleboards?

No, we do not offer hard boards. We only offer inflatable stand-up paddleboards.

How big are the backpacks?

The paddleboard and all its accessories fit in a convenient backpack that measures approximately 3 feet tall and 2 feet wide. This compact size allows you to easily transport the board. Most customers find that 2-3 paddleboards can fit in the trunk of a standard sedan, making it easy to take your gear to your favorite paddleboarding spots.

How long does it take to inflate an inflatable paddleboard?

Inflating an inflatable paddleboard typically takes about 5-10 minutes using the provided high-efficiency hand pump. For even quicker inflation, you can use an electric pump.

What should I bring when picking up the paddleboard?

When picking up your paddleboard rental, please bring a valid ID and the credit card used for the reservation. It’s also a good idea to bring sunscreen, water, and any personal items you may need for your paddleboarding adventure.

Renters must be 18+ or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

How do I return the paddleboard after my rental period?

Return the paddleboard to our store during business hours. Ensure the board and all included equipment are wiped down and in good condition.

What should I do if I have issues with the paddleboard during my rental?

If you experience any issues with the paddleboard during your rental, please contact us immediately. Our team will provide assistance and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement board. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Why is air blowing out of my paddleboard after I remove the hose?

If air is blowing out of your paddleboard after you remove the hose, it means the valve is not in the inflate position. To prevent air from escaping, ensure that the valve pin is in the “UP” position, which is the correct position for inflating.

1. To Inflate: Ensure the valve pin is in the “UP” position. Press and turn the valve pin counter-clockwise until it pops into place. This position keeps the valve closed and prevents air from escaping.

2. To Deflate: If you want to deflate the board, press and turn the valve pin clockwise to the “DOWN” position. This opens the valve, allowing air to escape.
